Three new pictures from me in as many hours?!? THE APOCALYPSE IS NYE.
Anyhoo, this is a little piece of fanart for LazyChestnut, a very talented young writer and all-around swell girl (yes I did just use the word "swell" non-facetiously so sue me). Featured here is Angie Marshall, one of the best-written Titanic OC's I've ever stumbled across. Angie is a little third class waif, who likes beer and playing Blackjack (though she's not playing Blackjack in this picture because I have no effing clue how to play and so settled for having her play what I'm pretty sure is poker instead). She's also the narrator of "Save All Who Dare the Eagle's Flight" which can be found here: [link] I'm quite happy with how this turned out. I did a totally different painting technique than I normally use and it was fun! I think I managed to capture the character, though I'll have to wait for confirmation from the authoress to know for sure. Also, the tables in Steerage on the Titanic wouldn't have been nearly this beaten up being that they were, you know, brand new and all. It was great... I kinda wished it was longer, hehe.
Anyways, I really love the way you drew her. I find it funny that she sucks at poker but she's playing it anyways. XD
Yeah, Angie gets to play poker because I fail at knowing how to play Blackjack, lol.
